At Discraft Factory Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that misprint packs and used discs are final sale and cannot be returned.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your items are in new, unthrown condition with original tags attached and that the purchase was made within the last 30 days.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Package Your Gear

Securely pack the discs or apparel in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

Ship and Refund

Send your package to our factory warehouse; once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
